Holding Space and Turning Toward Black Grief

November 12, 2020

With racially motivated shootings, healthcare disparities, and historic and systemic racism, the collective mental health of the Black community needs support. Dr. John Gottman, psychological researcher and clinician, developed the ATTUNE method to help build trust in relationships. If you are suffering as a result of racial trauma or struggling to figure out how to use these concepts to support someone you love, EAP is here to help.  Make an appointment by calling 512-471-3366 or email eap@austin.texas.edu.
