Holding Space and Turning Toward Black Grief

With racially motivated shootings, healthcare disparities, and historic and systemic racism, the collective mental health of the Black community needs support. Dr. John Gottman, psychological researcher and clinician, developed the ATTUNE method to help build trust in relationships.
