Every relationship involves navigating differences. In relationships where one partner is in the category of neurodivergency and one partner is not, those differences can feel more challenging. In this article, the author discusses ways that conflict can be exacerbated and ways to change the narrative so that conflict may be avoided.

Neurodiversity occurs naturally in 15-20% of people and can include conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia, and Sensory Processing Disorders.
