Shine for Inclusive Self-Care Tools

There are a variety of meditation and guided self-care apps available, including Headspace, Calm, Insight Timer, 10% Happier, and more. There is also an app called Shine that is focused on inclusive self-care tools. The Shine app features the voices of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) teachers and tracks specifically around racial trauma, such as Representation Burnout, Minority Mental Health Month, and Connection with Your Ancestors.
