Managing Emotions in the Workplace

Many employees tell us that this is an emotional time as they contemplate holidays apart from loved ones, people they have lost to COVID, fear of getting sick, fatigue from the ongoing battle against racism, and milestones that have passed without familiar rituals. Other people say they just feel numb or exhausted. It is more important than ever to recognize and acknowledge our feelings at work and at home. The ability to recognize feelings opens up our awareness and in turn offers choices, this article explains how.
