Cohosted by HealthPoint Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and HealthPoint Wellness, Recharge is our annual hybrid Open House and mini conference for UT Austin employees to learn about the free mental health and wellness resources to support their physical, emotional and mental, financial, social and community well-being to help you stay fully recharged as we go into 2026. You can participate by attending any and all of the sessions that fit your interests and schedule. 

Recharge kicks off on Tuesday, February 17th with our in-person Recharging Station Mixer, and then the rest of the week is a mix of virtual and in-person opportunities. See the full agenda for Friday and register on UT Learn below. There is one Zoom link for most Recharge virtual sessions. Separate signs-ups are listed for the in-person events and events with Value Added partners who have separate Zoom links.


10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. Saving for Single Individuals by Lincoln Financial

This session focuses on practical strategies to help single individuals build financial security with confidence. This session covers goal-setting, smart saving habits, and planning for both short- and long-term needs—empowering participants to take control of their financial future on their own terms.


11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Airrosti: Health at your Desk

Spending hours at a desk can lead to pain throughout the upper body and lower back. Proper posture is essential, but it is only the first step to improve back and neck health

Join Airrosti for an interactive workshop where you will learn simple, proven techniques to reduce repetitive strain, improve range of motion, and increase strength.


12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. Envision and Plan for Your Best Retirement Voya Lunch & Learn (In-person)
