The HealthPoint Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is currently open and providing services remotely through video and phone counseling* and in-person. Video counseling appointments are held via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. These are easy to use and secure systems for confidential services. To make an appointment, please call or email (information below). You can find the required forms to complete prior to your appointment here.

*The services offered and the eligibility requirements for video counseling are the same as in-person counseling provided by EAP.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Phone line is not answered during the lunch hour of 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. However, sessions can be scheduled during the lunch hour or until 6:00 p.m. upon request.

After Hours: If it is after normal business hours and you are in crisis, you can reach the after-hours counseling service at 512-471-3399 to speak to a crisis counselor. During normal business hours, please call our main office at 512-471-3366.

We can provide language interpreters for counseling sessions through the Stratus Language Interpretation Service.
