Effectively managing stress challenges us to develop an array of skills. The EAP is offering a one-hour training to teach these practical skills for meeting life’s challenge. Join us in developing both an awareness of the stress response and practical skills for managing stress including relaxation breathing, meditation, mindfulness, and lifestyle management.
