Yoga Through the Seasons: Commencement of Calm

As the Spring semester comes to a close, we may experience urgency and stress to get work done. At the same time, there are many occasions to celebrate and reflect on our accomplishments before the summer semester begins. The Commencement of Calm yoga workshop will include a balance of these seasonal themes.

This 1-hour IN PERSON yoga workshop a gentle hatha yoga practice appropriate for all levels and ability, breathwork, and guided visualization. The workshop will be facilitated by Jamie Justus LCSW-S, one of the counselors at the Employee Assistance Program. Jamie is also a trained yoga teacher.
The workshop will be held in person in the Rowling Hall Special Events Room (RRH 5.210) on Tuesday, 4/28/2026 from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Please sign up through UT Learn to reserve your spot.
