We communicate with one another through multiple avenues that go beyond just verbal communication. Learning to communicate effectively begins with understanding our needs and how to request those needs are met without unnecessary conflict. Communication can often break down due to multiple factors including stress, poor listening, and lack of clarity. Join us to learn skills to help communicate more effectively by identifying your boundaries, practicing expressing your needs in relational ways, and learning self-regulation tools to mitigate stress so you can engage optimally with others.
